- 12 bamboo skewers
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips
- ¼ of a red pepper, sliced
- ¼ of a green pepper, sliced
- ½ onion, sliced
- 6 mushrooms
- 1 tbsp. peanut oil
- ¼ cup + 1 tbsp. of
Napoleon Peanut Satay Sauce
Soak your bamboo skewers for at least 1 hour. Oil, then preheat your grill to medium-high.
Thread your chicken slices onto the skewers in a wave like pattern.
Toss your veggies into the wok topper and add the peanut oil and 1 tbsp. of satay sauce. Stir fry the vegetables while you cook your chicken skewers. Brush the skewers generously with the ¼ cup of Peanut Satay Sauce as they cook. It should only take about 10 minutes for the chicken and veggies to cook.
Serve with the vegetables and rice.
