Ultimate Garlic Butter

- 1 lb. butter, salted or unsalted
- 3 cloves of garlic
Melt butter in sauce pan under low heat. Do not allow butter to boil
Crush all cloves of garlic and add to warm butter keeping butter warm but not hot.
Keep heat on low for about 20 minutes stirring every five minutes.
Pour mixture into plastic food container and place in freezer. Stir mixture about every five minutes untill butter starts tio firm up.
Place in fridge and enjoy.
