- ¼ cup dehydrated garlic flakes
- ¼ cup kosher salt
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- 2 tbsp. red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp. MSG-free chicken stock powder
- 1 tbsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp. dried parsley
- 1 tbsp. dried basil
- 1 tbsp. dried marjoram
- 1 tbsp. coarsely ground fennel seeds
- 2 tsp. dried thyme
- 2 tsp. cayenne pepper
In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients together. Store in an airtight container in a cool and dry place.
This Mediterranean-Style Rub is the Greek-i-est thing you will ever use! It goes well with everything you put it on, bringing out the fullest flavours that you can. If you keep any spices in bulk, this one is one that you should have on hand all the time.
