This is an amazing treat! I cannot describe how delicious these are. You can make them ahead of time and pop them onto the grill, or you can have a little bar set up and people can dress their own pizzas. Either way you have just made everyone’s day with these little morsels of heaven.

Serves: 8       Total Time: 60

  • 2 Quick BBQ Pizza Doughs
  • 2 cups of prepared Slow Smoked Pork in sauce
  • 1 cup of barbecue sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 small onions sliced and caramelized
  • Grill Roasted Garlic to taste
  • cornmeal for sprinkling

Step 1
Preheat your grill to 425°F and prepare for indirect grilling.
Step 2
Once you have kneaded the pizza dough and are ready to use it, prepare a baking sheet by sprinkling it with a light dusting of cornmeal.
Step 3
Divide both portions of the Quick BBQ Pizza Dough into 8 equal balls. Roll then stretch each ball into a pizza shape and place onto the cornmeal covered baking sheet.
Step 4
Place about 1 tbsp. of barbecue sauce onto each pizza, then top with the pulled pork, cheese onions and garlic.
Step 5
Grill bake over indirect heat for 8 to 12 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
Pulled Pork is fantastic on just about anything. You can add it as a protein to any entrée, and it's just so succulent and delicious that everyone who knows I've pulled it out for dinner that night is super excited. That is what happened this evening when I make a "Make Your Own Pizza" bar. The star, naturally, was the Pulled Pork, and it make some amazing Pizza Sliders when topped with caramelized onions, roasted garlic and mozzarella cheese.
