This prime rib recipe is nothing short of fantastic. I am pretty sure that Chef Ted Reader read my mind and knew exactly what my barbecue dreams were made of when he decided to make a recipe that involved one of the best cuts of beef on the planet and smother it with 101 cloves of roasted garlic. Originally put up on the site in 2011, I have made this recipe a few times, much to the delight of others. Then again, who wouldn’t love succulent prime rib, roasted on a plank, encased in a flavorful roasted garlic crust? You may want to enjoy some vermouth-wash instead of after-dinner liqueurs because when you eat this grill recipe, things are about to get intense!
With Roasted Garlic & Cayenne

It’s become a tradition to make hot
sauce as a holiday gift for friends, and my Homemade Hot Sauce With Roasted Garlic & Cayenne was a huge success again this year. This sauce isn’t overly vinegary, instead relying on the intense cayenne pepper for punch. Easily adjust the heat of this recipe by subtracting hot peppers and adding sweet bell peppers, which also bulk up the sauce without watering it down. The roasted garlic and blistered skin of the peppers add a hint of smoke to the finish, giving this hot sauce flavor along with the heat.

There is nothing like preparing a delicious meal with someone you care about and then sharing said meal with a group of friends or family. That’s why I made this Beef Tenderloin with Roasted Garlic and Horseradish Crust. This meal was incredible; a spicy and garlicky crust gave the meat a bite that complimented the tenderloin, which had flavor that was beyond succulent.
With La Grille Roasted Garlic & Peppers Rub

You all know how much I love garlic. I love it as much as I love chocolate and cheesecake. When I got the chance to try a wet rub chock full of garlic, I just leapt at the chance. Grill Roasted Extra Thick Pork Chops With La Grille Roasted Garlic & Peppers Rub is succulent, savory, and oh so tasty! The rub melted into the meat creating this penetrating flavor full of garlic. Yum! I used a roasting technique, instead of a fast sear and then indirect heat to finish it off. That is because I didn’t want to burn anything with unpredictable caramelization of the rub. Our patience paid off though, because after resting, this meal was unbelievable.
