Homemade Hot Sauce

Homemade Hot Sauce

With Roasted Garlic & Cayenne

Posted on January 04, 2017
It’s become a tradition to make hot sauce as a holiday gift for friends, and my Homemade Hot Sauce With Roasted Garlic & Cayenne was a huge success again this year. This sauce isn’t overly vinegary, instead relying on the intense cayenne pepper for punch. Easily adjust the heat of this recipe by subtracting hot peppers and adding sweet bell peppers, which also bulk up the sauce without watering it down. The roasted garlic and blistered skin of the peppers add a hint of smoke to the finish, giving this hot sauce flavor along with the heat.

Five Pepper Hot Sauce Recipe

Five Pepper Hot Sauce Recipe

Full of flavor, loads of heat

Posted on January 13, 2016
Every year for the past four years I make hot sauce for Christmas gifts. This year, I was actually grilling and making the sauce on Christmas Eve! Just like in the past, I used fresh ingredients to create a boisterous sauce loaded with flavor and heat that the recipients just love. This Five Pepper Hot Sauce Recipe is another on my list of Hot Sauce recipes. This one is spiced with garlic, curry, and five different peppers to give you that wallop. This sauce is as flavorful as it is hot, with a smoky sweetness hidden in there too.

Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce

Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce

Roasted Peppers And A Secret Ingredient

Posted on January 30, 2013

This hot sauce is good. Has a tangy smell and pairs well with pretty much anything you want some heat on. Try it in eggs or on your appetizers. As a dipping sauce or garnish. The bright orange colour is fantastic that way. Try this stuff today. There’s nothing better than homemade.

Just remember that this is a hot sauce and you are working with the second hottest peppers on the planet. Remember to wear gloves while working with the peppers. Use a non-porous cutting surface and do not touch any sensitive areas on your body while working with these peppers. Wash thoroughly with a grease removing soap like dish soap before handling anything.
