    Looks great. What lid temperature do you try to maintain with the rotiserie burner? Would love to serve rotiserie chicken to guests, but always default to beer can chicken…

      Hi there.
      I would recommend heating the grill up to 350°F to 400°F when using the rotisserie for doing whole chickens.

    It isn’t clear what burners you are using. Is it the rear infrared burner, or the main burners at the bottom? How do you preheat the grill?

      You want to use the rear burner when you’re using the rotisserie. You get a great crispy outside and beautifully tender inside.
