    just tried my basket with wings in it. Tell me how many wings did you lose from falling out betwen the basket frame? It’s a good thing I put a tin foil tray under the basket, I think more were cooked on the tray than in the basket.
    Yes 4lb of trimed wings. They did cook up nice though.

    Yeah, those wings in the basket were a little tricky, I was more than grateful for the drip pan as well. I lost a good half dozen, if not more, as I tried to put them back into the basket after they fell. Next time I think I will try using the rectangle wok topper.

    Thanks, After I turned up the heat ( the out side burners along with the rear convection ) the heat was high enought to seer the wings and then they stayed in.Once cooking I lowered the heat on the burners.
    sauce
    using a large soup spoon
    1- honey garlic BBQ sauce
    2-3 Franks hot sauce
    1 or 1 1/2 of butter
    6 good shakes of vinger
    melt together
    pour over wings in a bowl and toss
    If you want them hotter add tabasco sauce
