Burgers are the best of summer foods. When someone says Barbecue, generally you tend to think burgers. These ones will have people thinking burgers a lot too when you try them! They’re very meaty and full of delicious goodies that explode in your mouth with flavour. You will definitely want napkins when you eat these burgers!
I came up with this recipe when I was thinking about the burgers that my mother used to get. They were thick and meaty and filled with cheese and onions and stuff. When the husband tasted these little beauties, he loved them. So much, in fact that he took them to work for lunch the rest of the week!
Okay so these burgers are super freezer friendly. They would make a great make-ahead meal or something you can give as a gift instead of a casserole. They are super delicious and full of flavour, easy to make variations of if you’re doing a theme, and just all around handy to have. I’m actually craving one right now as I type this!
