Lamb is another of those oft overlooked meats. Although where I live it’s not the easiest to get, which is likely the reason. Well not easy being very pricy and not always available. Often times I will find small legs, whole, bone in, and then there are the chops to which I make a funny face as they’re all bone, and then the rack. Yum. But once in a while you will find some. On those occasions, I purchase and giggle madly what the thought of what delicious meals I can make.
Oh look! Here is one of those delicious meals now! Like it’s a wild animal or something…
The lamb turned out beautifully and dinner was a delight. Lamb is a very flavourful meat with a consistency similar to beef. It’s something I definitely want to eat more of. Next time, though? I want to use the rotisserie to cook it!
