Had me a hankering for ribs over the weekend. Must have been the warmer weather. And after that deep freeze at the beginning of the week, well you can’t blame me. I needed garlic too. Garlic is like the best thing on earth aside from chocolate and bacon. So naturally I made up some roasted garlic to go on the ribs. What I came up with was a sticky and sweet meal.
It’s been nearly 24 hours and I swear I still have garlic breath. Though that’s not really a bad thing if you like garlic right? Sweet and tangy and super garlic-y, you gotta try these ribs. I am super serious about the tender-fall off the bone thing though. I only had one half rack that survived being moved to the grill. You could pull on a rib in the middle of a rack and it would slide right out!
