I love cooking for other people, having something there for when they come by. Something that can be enjoyed whether we're watching a sporting event or enjoying a fantastic television show. These Honey Sriracha Chicken Wings really fit the bill when it comes to entertainment food. They're so sticky and delicious. Then you get this kick of heat that nearly surprises you. Don't forget to bust out those wet naps, 'cause you're going to need them for this appetizing appetizer.

Honey Sriracha Chicken Wings

Serves: 6       Total Time: 35 Minutes

Honey Sriracha Sauce
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup sriracha
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 tsp. cornstarch mixed with 1/2 tsp. water
  • salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
Oil your grids and then preheat the grill to 400 to 450°F. In a medium sized bowl, combine the Bone Dust, brown sugar, garlic, chili, and onion powder, mixing well.
Step 2
Coat each chicken wing in the Bone Dust mixture and set aside.
Step 3
Grill the wings for 5 to 7 minutes per side, or until they're cooked through and crispy. Turn the grill down to low and transfer the wings to the warming rack to keep warm and crispy.
Step 4
In a saucepan over medium heat melt the butter and add the honey and sriracha, seasoning to taste with salt and pepper. Bring the mixture to a boil and then remove from heat.
Step 5
Toss the chicken wings in a bowl with the sauce and serve with some wet naps.
They sure look tasty

I don't know about you, but a tall, cold beer and these wings, with a great movie and a bunch of friends made for a great night all around! Perfect snack for Game of Thrones, or the first game of Football season, these Honey Sriracha Chicken Wings are way better than a bowl of chips!

Happy Grilling.
