Preheat your grill to medium-low, about 300°F, have the Cast Iron or Stainless Steel Griddle preheating on it. You will be grilling with direct heat.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, dill, Bone Dust, and baking powder. Add half to ¾ of the cheese, all of the sausage, and scallions. Mix in the milk, egg and oil until you have a thick batter.
Oil the Griddle and then drop ⅓ cup dollops of the batter onto the preheated Griddle. Cook the pancakes for 3 to 5 minutes per side, do not flip them until the first side is golden brown and bubbles have started forming on the top of the pancake. If it gets brown too quickly, turn the heat down a little.
When the pancakes are nearly cooked through, top them with the remaining cheese.
Serve hot topped with the Garlic Cream Dip.
