Super Garlicky Thai Chicken

Super Garlicky Thai Chicken

Ingredients:

    • 2/3 cup Thai Garlic Sauce by Lee Kum Kee
    • ¼ cup soy sauce
    • ½ cup honey
    • 8 cloves of garlic, sliced, chopped or crushed
    • 4 chicken breasts
Basically this chicken is ready for anything once it comes off the grill. I served it with leftovers, but I could have totally eaten it over rice or in a wrap, even on a salad. OHHH I am so making Super Garlicky Thai Chicken again and putting it in/on/with something different. What's your favorite grilled food that you can put in or on or with anything? Super Garlicky Thai Chicken

Serves: 4       Total Time: 45

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup Thai Garlic Sauce by Lee Kum Kee
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ½ cup honey
  • 8 cloves of garlic, sliced, chopped or crushed
  • 4 chicken breasts

Directions

Step 1
In a non-reactive bowl or ziploc bag, combine the Thai Chili Sauce, soy sauce, honey, and garlic. Add the chicken and squish/slosh/mix.
Step 2
Refrigerate for 4 to 8 hours, or until you are ready to grill.
Step 3
Preheat the grill to medium-high, about 450°F, and oil the grids.
Step 4
Remove the chicken from the marinade, discarding the marinade. Grill the chicken for about 6 to 8 minutes per side, or until the juices run clear and the internal temperature reads 165°F.
Step 5
Serve over a bed of rice or with potatoes and loads of veggies. This would also be fantastic in a salad or a wrap too.
I had a craving for some spice and loads of garlic mid-week last week. Being ahead of schedule that morning, I pulled together a marinade that met all my spice and garlic desires. The Super Garlicky Thai Chicken was tangy and spicy with all the garlic you could ever want to consume. I served it with leftover potatoes and loads of green veggies, but over rice would be superb.
