When you work for an awesome Grill company like I do, there are some pretty fun perks. Last week we did some team building off site. We grilled! One of the recipes was Bacon Wrapped Asparagus. Holy COW! I've had some pretty funky experiences with asparagus. It's been cold and undercooked, bitter and a horrible colour. But this? This recipe is better than the bee's knees!
Delicious, crunchy, smoky, tender, and salty. If it wasn't a lot of bacon, I could totally just eat this stuff like popcorn! Okay maybe not like popcorn, but I could eat a whole heck of a lot of this stuff!
So I wen't home after the team building and immediately needed to make this again! Here's how it went.
