At family meals my Great Grandmother and now my Grandmother would make these FABULOUS roasted potatoes. So crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. They have told me their secret, which I will not reveal. But I think I can do something almost as good with this recipe. When I say almost as good, well they're still pretty darn delicious, but it's just not the potatoes that Grandmothers make.
