Preheat grill to about 300 Degrees.
Wash mushrooms thoroughly and remove stems but do not throw the stems out.
Place mushrooms on grill, cap side down and allow to cook until mushroom fill up with their natural juices.
Empty mushroom caps of juices and place a good amount of garlic butter into cap.
Allow to cook for about 20 minutes watching that mushroom don’t burn.
I’am also lucky to have a local cheese factory just north of us too. Now fill the caps with extra old cheddar cheese (6 year plus) allow to melt and enjoy these tasty morsels.
