When one thinks of the grill, we generally assume meat is on the menu. I feel a little remiss in the fact that I have not added enough vegetarian alternatives for my viewers. Not to mention that, well, there are other things to eat than beef and pork. These stuffed veggies are sure to impress! And like the Sliders I wrote about before, there are endless combinations to create.
Naturally this recipe does not have to remain strictly vegetarian. You can add shrimp, sausage, and some Cajun Creole Seasoning and tomato paste to the recipe to give it a jambalaya feel.
Or you could add shredded chicken that has already been grilled, pulled pork or beef.
OR you could shrink and spice it up with Stuffed Jalapeños
