Last night I came home to some pork tenderloin defrosting. But what to do with it? I love putting sweetness with pork, apple juice or sauce, brown sugar, maple syrup, etc. But tonight, tonight I want something different. So I googled and found a recipe that I had the ingredients to make.
This was delicious and slightly spicy. It was also different from what we usually eat. I had purchased the fresh herbs from the farmers market along with the peppers. I’d forgotten to add the peppers to a stew that I made last weekend and didn’t want them to go to waste. What a great use for them.
