I know you’ve done it. You’ve made an incredible dinner, in my case it was a lovely pork roast, and there were leftovers. But what to do with them? Sure you can plate them up with the rest of the potatoes and veggies that you made… but what happens when you only have the meat left? I’ll tell you! SANDWICHES! Yep I said sandwiches! Fresh and fluffy buns, amazing cheese, and your favourite toppings, with a gravy sauce. There is nothing better (except maybe cheesecake, or chocolate, or… ).
I know it’s not really a recipe, but these were really good. I love to use leftovers in different ways. And anything to stave off monotony is a good thing right?
