Over the weekend we ended up with a theme for our food. Okay it was more a combination of themes, GreeTalian. Lots of cheese, olive oil and pasta and tomatoes. Whatever, it was good.
I tried flaming goat’s cheese. So good! So immediately found someone who sells cheeses and purchased some, (that was NOT on fire). Then some tomatoes at the farmers market, along with some fresh arugula. Immediately made fresh grilled pizza for lunch.
This was WAY too good. I can’t wait to have an opportunity to make this again. What ingredients have inspired you? What did you make with those ingredients?
