There is nothing better than a simple sweet dessert after a meal. What better ending to dinner than tortillas stuffed with bananas, peanut butter, marshmallows and chocolate chips, topped with ice cream and strawberries!? Just the strawberries and bananas alone are enough to make me crave this delish delicacy.
METHOD
You don’t have to make these with bananas alone. Why not pineapple, apples and cinnamon, peaches or any other favourite fruit? Peanut butter does not have to be present in all, either. Substitute caramel or chocolate sauce for the peanut butter along with the other fruit combinations that work for you. But seriously…it’s like a banana stuffed peanut-butter-cup crepe from the heaven that is your grill!
NOTE:
You can prepare these as far as a day ahead. They are an excellent dessert to produce at the end of a complex meal or when there are lots of kids present.
