I made these Lamb Sliders for Mother's Day Luncheon. I wanted to do something like an afternoon tea, but with a grill spin. I still wanted it a little feminine, but manly enough for my husband to eat without feeling like he should be in a powdered wig with his pinky out. I paired the Lamb Sliders with a simple salad of fresh spinach, arugula, pecans, cucumbers, and cranberries, and added some Creamy Poppyseed Dressing
which added a light and fresh dimension to the whole dish, pairing beautifully with the Sliders. If you make these for Mother's Day, you will be your mom's hero. Though you can also make these easy little Lamb Sliders for the next big game, tailgate party, or event too, cause they're pretty dang good. Did I mention they're really easy too?
