There is nothing like a great cinnamon bun. Cinnabon (in my humble opinion) makes the best! Today, I want to share with you how to make your own on the grill! These are great for celebrating, breakfasts, celebrating breakfast, after dinner, watching your favourite tv show, and eating. They are great for eating. If you have a bread machine, well it’s one of the more handy dandy things I have ever owned, aside from my Napoleon® I mean, and it does a lot of the work for you. Give these a try. Guaranteed that you will like them.

This was a great recipe. Fun to make, and worth the wait. If you have leftovers and aren’t going to eat them on the day of, freeze them as soon as they’re cooled, with or without the icing. Just pop the individual buns in the microwave for 30 seconds to a minute for a hot, tasty treat.

But what if i dont have a bread machine, what is sourdough Flour, what is confectioners sugar

Sorry for the wait! Thank you for the comment on the recipe! I do not have a version of this to make by hand yet, but I will look one up for next week. As for sourdough flour, it’s found at many bulk food stores – we have the Bulk Barn in Canada – if you can’t find any, using bread flour, plain white, is just fine. And Confectioner’s sugar is also known as powdered sugar.
