Sometimes there is nothing better than a Big Juicy Rib Steak. This recipe is a great (and slightly garlicky) way to get your fix. Then you top it off with a mound of Keg-style Frizzled Onions, you’re in grilled heaven baby! This dinner came together in about 45 minutes when all was said and done. You will be satisfied after this meal. Especially if you pair it with some fresh corn on the cob and a fully loaded baked potato.
Delicious. The recipe says that it serves one, but seriously, this could serve at least two people. My husband and I were quite content after dinner. Of course I made two smaller steaks, and even had leftovers, but you can totally get away with getting a whopper of a steak and sharing…if you can. I recommend having something light and chocolatey on hand for later, a mousse or a chocolate drink, you will want it.
This fresh salsa comes together fairly quickly and makes a fantastic and fresh addition to your nachos and tacos.View Details
