These Barbecue Beef Sandwiches are so good, why you ask? Well I’m not quite ready to give up the warmth and enjoyment of summer. I love the lazy days in the yard with the grill making my mouth water, listening to the people enjoying the outdoors while I bask in the glow from the sun. After a day of grilling, something delicious comes off of the grill and just makes the evening that much more special. Wow. Do I ever sound like a commercial. Anyway. I know that the cooler weather is coming. But I want to hold on to that summer feeling. BUT I need something that is a little more stick to my ribs ’cause it’s so cold. BUT I DON’T want to give up summer! These Barbecue Beef Sandwiches are a delicious balance between both worlds. Served up on warm and crusty sourdough bread, topped with your favourite toppings. It’s stick to your ribs food, but it reminds you of the glorious days of summer.
My mouth is watering as I type this. Seriously. It is probably the best thing I have ever done to a beef roast. EVER. When you need something hearty to eat but want to capture that feeling of summer too? These Barbecue Beef Sandwiches are the recipe for you. Winter eats for the summer person. Especially when served with some Autumn Slaw on the side.
