Stir together all the
ingredients in a small bowl.
Sprinkle mixture evenly
over meat; rub in with your fingers. Store in a tightly covered
container. Makes 7 teaspoons.
Rubs: crush spices, seeds, and dried herbs slightly before rubbing
to release the flavor. You can also boost the flavor of the
rubbed meat by covering and refrigerating it for up to several
hours.
